Whether you're working through early childhood experiences, navigating life transitions, processing loss, or exploring aspects of intimacy and sexuality, therapy provides a safe space to understand yourself more deeply and develop the tools you need to thrive. I believe in honoring the full complexity of human experience and meeting you wherever you are in your journey.

The Process
Step 1: Consultation
The first step is a phone consultation, which you can book here. There’s no cost or obligation for this. It’s a chance for us to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and begin to get a sense if we’d be a good fit.
Step 2: Intake Paperwork
The intake package includes important documents like practice policies and informed consent. It also includes a History and Background form as well as various assessments. These help me get to know you a little so when we’re face to face, we can dive in.
Step 3: Schedule the First Session
Sessions are generally 60 minutes, although when possible I like to work in an open-ended way. This means I don’t cut you off at 50 or 60 minutes; time beyond an hour is prorated. When we can work in this way, clients decide for themselves when they’re done for that day. This helps the client connect to and trust their inner knowing, and provides a sense of closure to the therapy session — for both therapist and client.
