Therapy is an investment in your relationship, emotional health, and overall well-being. I believe in transparent, straightforward pricing that allows you to focus on your growth without financial surprises.

Session Rates

Joint sessions: $225 (75-90 minutes)
Individual sessions: $150 (60 minutes)

Insurance Policy

I do not accept insurance or provide superbills. This decision is made intentionally to:

• Protect your privacy by preventing insurance companies from accessing your therapy records

• Avoid unnecessary diagnoses that insurance companies require for reimbursement but may not reflect your true experience

• Preserve the therapeutic process by allowing our work to be guided by your needs rather than insurance limitations

This approach ensures that our therapeutic relationship remains confidential and focused entirely on your healing and growth.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), FSA or HSA.

Cancellation Policy

Clients will provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
