Reach out by phone or through the contact page to schedule a consultation call. In that call we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what your goals are, discuss logistics, and I’ll answer any questions you have. If you decide to move forward, then we’ll schedule the first session and I’ll send each of you links to my client portal.

It’s common to walk in feeling guarded, discouraged, or unsure whether this can help. In the first session, we focus on understanding your patterns and what feels most painful right now. We slow down real-time interactions so you can see what happens between you when things escalate. You’ll leave with clearer language for your pattern and a sense of what you each need to work on.

That dynamic is common. One partner often feels urgency, and the other feels unsure or defensive. We work with that difference directly rather than pretending it isn’t there. Therapy doesn’t require identical enthusiasm on day one. It requires a willingness to look honestly at the pattern.
